Hoping everyone is staying warm and dry as we here on the east coast and deep in ice, snow and blistery cold weather! It's time to think love and Friday , Cupid's Day is here!
Yes I should have sent this out a minute ago - but oh well.. for all those who are last minute and procrastinate - or got too much on your plate this post is just in time!
First - if you've made no plans yet and are cost conscious, those of us on the east coast (and I know my southern folk who don't deal with this weather often are in the midst of the same) need to seriously consider staying home and cuddling with your boo since there's ice, snow, rain, and a whole lot going on between today and tomorrow.
I've said it before - you don't need to spend a lot to pamper or be pampered. Take a trip to Bath and Body Works, The Body Shop or anywhere else you go and all you need are a few essential items… scented body oils, candles, roses, wine… and anything else you can think of! ;)
If you want to do something special or different, try a couples massage. I can tell you - they are the best thing ever! For my ladies, I know this holiday we swear was made for us, but remember that men love to be spoiled too! They may not admit it and will never do it for themselves, but offer to run HIS bath water….take HIM to the spa or be basic and thank HIM (cook? can you?) for all he does for YOU.
And for my single ladies, take the time and pamper yourselves! No sitting home hating on those who got men! Hang with friends, family, children or be solo and enjoy!

One last thing - Valentine's Day should be EVERYDAY for the person you love. I know we are supposed to think this is a special day - but I challenge you to be and give love and romance everyday1
